What somebody did
The Orders screen tells you what happened. This tells you who has been doing it. Every teammate has a record, and on it is one list that merges four different kinds of work into a single timeline.

Opening a record
On the Team screen, a teammate's name is a link, and there is a View record button on their card. Both open the same page. You need the Staff & roles permission to get there, and the owner always has it.
Your own row has neither. A trail is something you review about somebody else, and your own tells you nothing you were not already there for.
The record opens with who they are — their email address, whether they have two-factor sign-in switched on, when they joined — and every outlet they hold, with the role at each. Memberships that have ended stay on this page even though they have dropped off the Team list. Somebody's history does not stop mattering because their access did; that is usually the moment you came looking.
If the same person is also a customer at your business, or one of your drivers, the record says so.
What the trail merges
Four sources, sorted into one list, newest first:

Filters along the top narrow the list to orders, payments, machines, sign-ins or account changes. Payments are not a fifth source — they are the money lines of the order activity, pulled out on their own.
The trail covers the whole business, not the outlet you happen to have
selected, and every entry names the outlet it happened at. Anything about an
order carries its reference, so #HQMA2CF on the trail is the same #HQMA2CF
you can open. If that order has since been taken off the books, the entry still
shows and says so, rather than pointing at something you can no longer find.
A single machine run can produce two entries on two different people's records: Omar Haddad loaded Washer 1 at 1:48pm, Aisha Rahman unloaded it at 2:31pm, and each of them owns their half.
The numbers above the list
The record's headline figures — actions, orders touched, payments taken, amount collected, machine runs, sign-ins — are counted with two deliberate subtractions.
A payment that was recorded and then removed counts as nothing collected, not as one payment and one correction. And work on an order that was later removed is left out of the figures entirely, so creating orders and removing them again is not a way to make your own numbers look better. The feed still shows every one of those actions. A log and a total answer different questions.
