Pay modes
Every driver has exactly one pay mode. It decides what a completed delivery is worth to them, and it is the only thing that decides.
The three

Flat fee per delivery is indifferent to the order. A $2.00 rate is $2.00 whether Priya Nair carried one shirt across the road or a household's bedding across town.
% of the delivery fee is worked out from the delivery fee on that particular order — the fee, not the order total. Seventy per cent of a $5.00 delivery fee is $3.50. An order that carried no delivery fee is worth nothing under this mode, because seventy per cent of nothing is nothing.
Monthly salary accrues nothing when a delivery lands. The figure on the driver's panel is the flat monthly amount, standing whether they did forty deliveries this month or none.
Setting a driver's pay
A newly added driver is on Flat fee per delivery with no amount against it, which shows as Not set wherever their rate is printed. To change it, open the driver, find Earnings (this month) in their panel, and press Edit pay.
Pick the mode
Flat fee per delivery, % of the delivery fee, or Monthly salary. Changing the choice changes the single field underneath it.
Enter the rate
An amount for the two money modes, a percentage between 0 and 100 for the percentage one. Amounts are in your outlet's currency, the one the rest of the dashboard prints.
Save pay
The rate label under the earnings figure updates at once — “$2.00 / delivery”, “70% of delivery fee”, or “$800.00 / month”.
Only staff who are allowed to change drivers see Edit pay; everyone else sees the rate and the figure.
