Setting up your business

Six steps, and it saves as you go. Start it on the shop's wifi and finish it tomorrow — you come back to where you left it.

  1. Make an account

Email and a password, Google, or a link we email you. You verify with a six-digit code. A password is optional if you use Google or the link.

  2. Name the business

Country and currency follow from it, and so do your tax defaults. All of it is editable later.

  3. Add your first outlet

Address, opening hours for each day, and its timezone. Every figure you ever see is bucketed in the outlet's own day, not ours.

  4. Add the Wash House

Where the work happens. It can be the same address as the outlet — plenty of shops are one room. Then add your washers and dryers.

  5. Price your catalogue

Five service categories are waiting for you. The prices are yours: nothing is prefilled, because a guess would be worse than a blank.

  6. Invite the team

Pick their role and which outlets they work at. They get an email with a link that expires.

What to do first, after

Take one real order through to Delivered. It is the fastest way to find the two or three things about your setup that do not match how you actually work — usually a missing status, or a price that needs a different pricing type.
