What Wash Credit is
Wash Credit is how Wash Junkie is paid for. It is a prepaid count held by your business, and it is spent on operations — changes your team makes to a record.
It is not a wallet, it is not money, and it is not a subscription. There is no seat to buy: the meter records that an operation happened at an outlet, and never who did it, so it could not charge you per person even if we wanted it to.
What you start with
Every new business is granted $10 of Wash Credit in the same transaction that creates the business — before you take your first order. At today's rate of 10 Wash Credits per US cent, that is 10,000 Wash Credits, or about 5,000 operations.

What counts as an operation
One change to one record. Creating an order, adding a line item, moving a status, assigning a driver, loading a machine, recording a payment, editing a customer, changing a price, inviting a teammate.
Deletes count too — removing a line item or a payment is a change to the order, and it is counted like one.
What is always free: reading anything, every report, signing in, everyone you invite signing in, funding, pausing, a customer rating an order, and writing to us.
What does not count
- A change that fans out across three outlets is one operation, not three.
- Moving an order and loading a machine in the same submit is one.
- Anything the platform does to itself is billed to nobody.
- A customer or a driver verifying their own email is billed to nobody.

Your balance is denominated in operations, not dollars. If the price of buying credit ever changes, the credit already in your account buys exactly as much as it did the day you got it.
